New Delhi [India], October 21 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday said that secularism has always been held to be a part of the basic structure of the Constitution while hearing petitions seeking to delete the words ‘secular’ and ‘socialist’ from the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.
