TAMPA, Fla. – A fatal crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian has closed both northbound and southbound lanes of South Howard Avenue at the intersection of West Horatio Street. The Tampa Police Department is currently on scene investigating the incident. Drivers are strongly advised to find alternate routes and avoid the area.
