Srinagar: A late-night fire in Hyhama, a locality in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, left several families homeless after four residential houses and six other structures were destroyed, officials confirmed on Wednesday. According to KNO, the fire ignited around midnight and swiftly engulfed at least ten buildings, including four houses, three cowsheds, and three shops. “Firefighters worked for hours to bring the blaze under control.
