Germany’s Deutsche Bank on Wednesday reported strong third-quarter results after settling historic litigation issues related to its takeover of Postbank. Profit before tax reached €2.3 billion ($2.5 billion), the bank said, boosted by the €440 million released from Postbank-related litigation provisions.
