Three people were killed in the attack on the premises of a defence company in capital Ankara on Wednesday, according to the Turkish government. Fourteen more people were injured, said Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya in a post on social media platform X. Two ‘terrorists’ were ‘neutralized,’ Yerlikaya added, vowing to continue to fight terrorism. The attack occurred at Turkish aerospace company TUSAS in Ankara, where the police and emergency workers are responding. The area has been cordoned off. The company is a developer and producer of aerospace systems, such as combat aircraft and drones.
