Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 24 (ANI): The Special Judge of City, Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai has sentenced two accused to 2-4 years imprisonment with total fine of Rs 2 lakh in a case related to disproportionate assets case. According to a CBI press release, accused Prasidh Narayan Dubey, then Superintendent of CGST, Mumbai was sentenced to four year imprisonment with fine of Rs 1 lakh and his wife Vimla Dubey to sentenced two year imprisonment with fine of Rs1 lakh.
