An “explosion” of homelessness seen across Britain could get worse if funding isn’t protected in the upcoming Budget, Rachel Reeves has been told. More than 70 of the top homelessness charities have written an open letter to the Chancellor calling on the Government to safeguard the sector as £1billion could drop from it.
