COLUMBUS — Ohio State’s offense wasn’t nearly as explosive as its been all season during a 21-17 win over Nebraska Saturday, but Kansas State graduate transfer quarterback Will Howard ended his postgame press conference with some fire. Howard, a Downingtown, Pennsylvania, native was asked about the opportunity he has to play No. 3 Penn State on the road next week. “Stoked. Stoked.
