Chelsea seem to be really excited about a few of their young signings, such as Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez. Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez are both 17 and will officially join Chelsea next year when they turn 18. At some point, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano plans to share a “crazy story” about Estevao and how the Blues managed to sign him.
