Gumla (Jharkhand) [India], November 3 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Sunday hit out at the BJP and said that the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and Uniform Civil Code (UCC) scheme would not work in Jharkhand state.
