New Delhi [India], November 4 (ANI): A dispute over a business of flower garlands resulted in a man killing his brother-in-law in Delhi’s Sonia Vihar area on Sunday, police said. The deceased was identified as Hemant. He sustained 2 bullet injuries, one in the head and second in the left side of the chest. According to Delhi Police, “At 6:20 pm, a call regarding a firing incident was received at PS Khajuri Khas.
