Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) [India], November 5 (ANI): Congress MP and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday chaired a District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) committee meeting in Raebareli. DISHA committee meetings are held on a quarterly basis, under the chairmanship of the MP.
