A car park has been temporarily made free after traffic chaos caused by gas works. Halfway Road in Minster is currently shut, causing queues heading into Sheerness via Marine Parade. SGN is carrying out major pipe upgrades which are set to last seven weeks. The road closed yesterday (November 4) and is expected to reopen on Monday, December 23.
