An odd penalty condemned Aston Villa to a 1-0 defeat against Club Brugge in the Champions League. Villa put in a poor performance in the Champions League on Wednesday night as they were unable to continue their 100% in the competition. While the Villa players were slammed for their performance against Club Brugge, one incident took the limelight. In the second half, Tyrone Mings picked up the ball after a goal kick which resulted in a penalty being awarded for handball.
