German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier has dismissed three of the four Free Democrat (FDP) ministers in Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Cabinet after the collapse of the centre-left coalition. Steinmeier presented the dismissal certificates to Finance Minister Christian Lindner, Justice Minister Marco Buschmann and Education Minister Bettina Stark-Watzinger at his official residence Bellevue Palace.
