Stroud will likely be out for a second straight week after suffering a concussion in the team’s Week 14 clash against the Jets, according to ESPN’s DJ Bien-Aime. Stroud is still in the concussion protocol, and while the Texans will surely hope for their rookie signal-caller to improve before this week’s game, the expectation for the time being appears to be that he will be unavailable.
