A Sussex County man was arrested on charges he fraudulently obtainined over $2 million in federal Paycheck Protection loans, the U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said Tuesday. Nikenson Jean Mathurin, 44, of Sparta was charged with one count each of wire fraud and money laundering, Sellinger’s office said.
