Evertonian Tony Bellew has reacted to Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s sending-off against Crystal Palace, and he’s not happy. The FA Cup returned on Thursday night in an ultimately dull and uninspiring affair as Everton travelled south to take on Crystal Palace. The two teams played out a 0-0 draw which means they’ll have to face a replay against one another at Goodison Park later this month.
