A shoplifter has been jailed after targeting an Asda Express store. On Sunday, December 17, Justin Baker entered the Asda petrol station in City Way, Rochester where he stole four jars of coffee. The incident was reported to the police and, on Wednesday, January 3, he was arrested in nearby Victoria Gardens. Baker, of High Street, Chatham was later charged with theft and breaching his criminal behaviour order.
