An Edison woman was charged Friday night with endangering another person and neglect of a disabled person, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Winnie Raini, 53, a private transportation driver, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a person and third-degree neglect of a disabled person after it was allegedly discovered she left a developmentally disabled woman in a van overnight on Jan. 2, authorities said.
