An Essex County man was arrested near Chatham High School last month after he was accused of sexually assaulting a pair of teenagers after giving them drugs, authorities said Monday. Nafis H. Wiggins, 25, of Newark, was ordered to remain in Morris County jail following his arrest on Dec. 19. Wiggins was found at Cougar Field near Chatham High School and apprehended, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said. Drugs were found in his possession at the time of his arrest, the agency said.
