Concerns are growing for the welfare of a man who has been missing for almost two weeks. Police are appealing for the public’s help to find Arthur Williams, who hasn’t been seen since December 28. Officers say the 34-year-old was last seen in the Barnsole Road area of Gillingham, wearing dark clothing and carrying a guitar. Mr Williams is described as white, 5ft 9ins and with receding dark hair.
