A fire chief who once lost a job over his refusal to abide by COVID-19 mandates has been charged for his participation in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, KING 5 reported. Frank Dahlquist allegedly sprayed a chemical irritant into the face of a police officer during the riot and then sprayed another. Later that year, he was named chief of West Valley Fire Rescue in Montana. He was charged with assault, obstruction of law enforcement and other counts.
