A drug dealer who hid down an alleyway with cocaine and heroin in his underwear has been jailed for 16 months. Kevin Laby pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court to possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and possessing heroin with intent to supply. He was originally arrested on August 2 after a police officer spotted a group of drug users loitering in an alleyway by Bryant Street, Chatham.
