A town’s high street has been cordoned off by police dealing with a serious incident this morning. Officers have closed the entirety of Ashford High Street due to an incident between Bank Street and the A292 Station Road. All roads and alleyways leading to the high street have also been blocked by police. An eyewitness has reported that around 10 officers and three police cars are at the scene.
