Hailey Davidson has moved a step closer to her goal of playing on the LPGA Tour one day after winning an all-female tournament in Florida. The 30-year-old won the NXXT Women’s Classic near Orlando, Florida. Davidson, who was born in Scotland but now lives in Florida, has now moved top of the NXXT tour’s leaderboard. She currently sits 150 points ahead of Maria Bohorquez in second place and is in prime position to earn a place in the Epson Tour. The players sitting in the top-five of the NXXT Tour leaderboard at the end of the season will earn exemptions to compete in the LPGA qualifying tour. …
