Eleven people were displaced from their homes Saturday afternoon after a residential fire in Jersey City spread between two adjacent homes and temperatures dropped to frigid levels. Kim Wallace, spokesperson for the Jersey City Police Department, said a fire at a residence on Nunda Avenue at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday spread to an adjacent residence.
