The new Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who took office in December, arrived in Kiev for surprise talks on Monday. In the Ukrainian capital, Tusk is expected to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the Polish news agency PAP reported. The trip was not publicized in advance for security reasons.
