Three Palestinian workers have died of suffocation after inhaling toxic gas as they worked inside a damaged tunnel in the Gaza Strip on Friday. The tunnel, reportedly used for smuggling, was destroyed in an Egyptian army border operation in Rafah, and the Palestinian workers were allegedly repairing it when they were exposed to the gas.
