A committee tagged “Project Implementation Committee” for the provision and installation of surveillance systems on the Abuja-Kaduna highway has been inaugurated by the federal government. Henshaw Ogubike, the spokesman of the Ministry of Defence, explained that it was part of the strategies being put in place to address the raging security challenges, particularly on the highways.
