Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos are stepping up their plans for Manchester United as another key staff member is set to depart, according to reports. The deal for Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos to buy 25 per cent of Manchester United has still yet to be ratified by the Premier League but there is clearly confidence on their part this will happen as another key change is set to take place.
