Israel has cancelled at short notice a planned meeting with Philippe Lazzarini, the head of the embattled UN aid agency for Palestinian refugees. Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Israel Katz said that he scrapped the talks scheduled for Wednesday and that Lazzarini should leave his job.
