New Delhi [India], February 1 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Thursday questioned the maintainability of AAP MLA Amanat Ullah Khan, challenging the summons issued to him in the Delhi Waqf Board Money Laundering case. The high court has not granted any immediate relief to him. Division bench of justices Rekha Palli and Rajnish Bhatnagar re-notified the matter at the request of counsel for Amanat Ullah Khan for February 7.
