Plans to provide a new home for Bishop’s Stortford Swifts Football Club kicked off a debate at Bishop’s Stortford Town Council. Members of the planning and development committee were asked to consider an updated Hoggate’s Park Strategy, which sets out proposals for sporting facilities at Stortford North.
