President Joe Biden’s approval rating slipped to 38% in a new survey. A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Wednesday found that the president’s approval rating dropped from 40% in December. Respondents listed the economy and immigration as growing concerns. Biden has been pushing a bipartisan Senate border deal that has struggled to get backing from Republican lawmakers. A Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll also found Donald Trump leading Biden in seven swing states, though most voters in those states would not support him if he ended up convicted of a crime.
