Drivers are facing delays on a busy roundabout following a crash this morning. The A289 Hoo-bound is blocked due to an accident on the A228 near the Four Elms roundabout in Wainscott near Strood. It is also causing congestion back to the A226 Gravesend Road. It has led to the Hoo turn-off at the roundabout being shut by police. The crash is believed to involve a black car which was has been spotted on the grass verge with its front damaged. Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
