Tottenham Hotspur director Johan Lange has backed Timo Werner to acclimatise quickly to life at Spurs. The Tottenham chief, in conversation with the club’s media team, said the January signing has experience in playing in a style similar to that of Spurs. Werner was one of two first-team players Spurs brought to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the January transfer window.
