Gloria Cordova, mother of Savanah Soto who went missing with her boyfriend on December 23rd has been arrested during Ramon Preciado’s bond reduction hearing. Preciado is one of the three people facing charges in the shocking deaths of Soto, 18, and and her boyfriend Mathew Guerra, 22.
