ChatGPT developer OpenAI announced on Wednesday that they’ve cancelled the accounts of five hacker groups, in cooperation with Microsoft. Hackers from China, Iran, North Korea and Russia were found to have used the technology behind the chatbot ChatGPT to improve their attacks. The hackers mainly used the artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automate software development. However, some of the group also used it to translate technical documentation and search for freely available public information.
