Young people will once again have the chance to get involved with one of the most popular events is Newark’s annual calendar. Newark Book festival is set to return to the town this summer July 11 to 14 and the Young Ambassadors programme will return alongside side it. Following on from its successful launch at last yer’s festival, the scheme aimed at seven to 21-years old years will give young people the chance to volunteer at the festival, engage with the community and learn new skills.
