Lincolnshire County Council has been accused of delaying compensation payments to survivors of abuse at Stubton Hall School. Andrew Grove and Co Solicitors, representing several claimants, has said that a prolonged legal process and consistently late payments are prolonging the suffering of survivors by failing to promptly settle damages.
