Even though its still summer, some retailers are already preparing for spooky season. Starting Aug. 1, 2024, Spirit Halloween will will open 1,525 stores across the U.S. and Canada to prepare for the Halloween season, according to a spokesperson from the store. The specialty costume store will kick off its store openings at its flagship location in Egg Harbor Township, N.J., starting at 7 a.m. with a Grand Opening party.
