When Minnesota guard Elijah Hawkins entered his name into the transfer portal on April 22, Kentucky was among a dozen different schools to reach out. But over a week later, the rising senior has decided to move to the Big 12. According to On3’s Joe Tipton, Hawkins committed to the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Tuesday.
