By Jacob Leeks Ally McCoist has insisted that Arne Slot has next to no chance of winning the Premier League title in his first season with Liverpool. Slot is set to replace Jurgen Klopp at Anfield in the summer, when the German will leave his post after nine years in charge. The Dutchman has enjoyed a highly successful spell at Feyenoord. He led them to the Eredivisie title last season, before winning the KNVB Cup this year. But McCoist is doubtful he will be able to lead the Reds to immediate success upon his arrival.
