A man has been jailed after breaching a restraining order by going to his sister’s home, racially abusing security staff in Cambridge and attacking police officers. Alan Fulford, 59, breached a restraining order on 24 October and again two days later. On both occasions he banged on her front door loudly, and on 26 October he verbally abused her. On 12 November, Fulford caused a commotion at the Grand Arcade car park in Cambridge and blocked access to part of it.
