A man who attacked a female traffic warden in Bishop’s Stortford has been convicted and banned from driving for three months. At Stevenage Magistrates Court, Jamaal Abid Warsame, 48, of Church Road in Willesden, London, denied charges of assault by beating on July 22, 2020, and using threatening/ abusive/ insulting words/ behaviour to cause harassment/ alarm/ distress in the town on September 22 of the same year.
