Tennessee Titans (1-3) head coach Brian Callahan said following Monday’s 31-12 Week 4 road victory over the Miami Dolphins (1-3) that Will Levis is “100%” the starting quarterback when healthy. Levis exited the first quarter of the game after suffering an injury to his throwing shoulder. Mason Rudolph replaced him under center and finished out the remainder of the game. Levis will undergo an MRI Monday for what is believed to be an AC joint injury. Callahan said the decision to roll with Rudolph came down to not wanting to risk further injury to Levis.
