On June 30, at 16:30, Russian army hit the Nova Post terminal in Kharkiv with a guided bomb.

The company sent information that all of its shift workers were in the bomb shelter and were not injured, but that there were injuries among truck drivers and the public.

“Unfortunately, we know about one truck driver who died. Units of the State Emergency Service are working at the scene. Seven trucks are on fire and three more are damaged. The sorting terminal itself was also damaged. We are waiting for additional information,” the statement said.

Nova Post notes that the company will reimburse parcels that were in the terminal and destroyed as a result of the shelling according to the estimated value. Parcels that were in transit will be redirected to another location for sorting.
