German police are set to swab Christian Brueckner’s van for DNA clues, as the search for Madeleine McCann continues. Officers will examine the white Mercedes Sprinter that was parked at Brueckner’s home in the Algarve when Maddie vanished in 2007. A request has been made to the Rosier dealership in the city of Braunschweig, which leased the van to Brueckner.
