A country lane was blocked after a pile of rubbish, including furniture, was fly-tipped. It was spotted at the end of Parkgate Road in Crockenhill, near Swanley, this morning – near the junction of Daltons Road. Black bin bags, wood, rubble and what appears to be a set of drawers were left down the road, leaving it difficult to travel down. Country lanes in Kent have been blocked by fly-tipping on several occasions in recent weeks.
